Mismanaged, too many tours operating at once

traveler – Netherlands

Poor tour guide. Very negative. Didn't have much information. Wouldn't use a flag for identification. Wouldn't use a microphone so couldn't hear him. Very rude to my friend.

traveler – United Kingdom

The guide was not knowledgeable and almost all the time could not answer questions asked. He constantly referred back to what his grandmother had told him without credibility.

traveler – Germany

Terrible crowds, and crowds have been excellent before. This time, 7 years ago, things have changed. It was like a cattle market, very disappointing.

traveler – United Kingdom

The guide didn’t account for the group until she had lost half my family as she weaved in and out of other groups. In the end, we told her to go ahead, and we finished the tour ourselves, which was stressful but a better experience. I would not recommend the tour if you’re the least bit interested in anything other than hurrying to the end.
